by the court, have not entered into an arrangement with creditors, do not
have suspended business activities, or are not in any analogous situation
arising from a similar procedure under national laws and regulations;
We are not the subject of proceedings for a declaration of bankruptcy,
for an order for compulsory winding up or administration by the court or
for an arrangement with creditors or of any other similar proceedings
under national laws or regulations;
We have not been convicted of an offense concerning our professional
misconduct by a judgment which has force of res judicata.
